 MA 532 is an introduction to the theory of ordinary differential equations. Students will

Introduction
1 week
Linear Systems 5 weeks
Existence and Uniqueness 4 weeks
Dynamical Systems 3 weeks

Read the sections to be covered for the week.

6. Tentative schedule of homework due dates, quizzes and tests

Homework will be worked in groups.

The first test will be after Chapter 2.
The second test will be after Chapter 3.

The final is on Wednesday, December 14 at 1:00  pm.  It is a 3 hour test.

Homework: 20%
Test 1: 20%
Test 2 :

Final: 40%
8. Policy on incomplete grades and late assignments:  Late homework assignments will not be graded.
